1. GENERAL INFORMATION

  • The website www.vastrabylara.com is operated by Vastra By Lara, a unisex and kids’ clothing brand committed to offering quality, comfort, and style.
  • By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

  • We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately; however, variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting.
  • All sizes are approximate and may vary slightly based on the style and fabric.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT

  • All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to update prices, offers, and discounts without prior notice.
  • Payment can be made through the secure online payment options available at checkout.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on location.
  • You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
  • Vastra By Lara is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

5. RETURNS

  • No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered.
  • Sale Items: Products marked as ‘Sale’ are non-returnable.

6.EXCHANGE POLICY

Product Accuracy and Quality Checks:

At Vastra By Lara, we ensure every product is listed accurately and passes multiple quality checks so it reaches you in perfect condition.

Exchange Eligibility:

Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are available only for orders within India.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. They should be returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Exclusions: We do not accept exchange requests for colour differences or fabric material variations.

Exchange Process:

  • Request Submission: submit exchange request within 24 hours of delivery
  • Processing Fee: A processing fee of ₹200 per product will be charged.
  • Reverse Pickup: Pick up from our team will be generated within 48-72 hrs of raising the request.
  • Quality Inspection and Dispatch: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the requested size within 7-10 working days. Only one exchange per order is allowed. If the requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued for the total amount of the item(s), valid for 30 days.

7.CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer Cancellations:

  • Prepaid and COD Orders: Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours of placement. For prepaid orders, amount will be refunded to the registered bank account or replace the item with another product of equal value, for COD orders we can issue a credit note.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

Credit Note Validity:

  • Credit notes issued for cancellations or exchanges are valid for 30 days. A processing fees of 250 rs will be deducted as transaction fee.

Vastra By Lara Cancellations:

  • Reasons: Orders may be cancelled due to unavailability of materials, incorrect listings, or suspected fraudulent activities.
  • Refunds: For prepaid orders cancelled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the registered bank account. Customers will be notified via email.

Cancellation Charges:

  • Cancellations after placing prepaid orders will incur a 2-3% deduction (payment gateway fees).

8.REFUND POLICY

  • Sale Items: Products marked as ‘Sale’ are non-returnable.

  • We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during purchases is used solely for order processing and customer service.
